We started Elite Sports Hypnosis after a decade of working with people with a host of physical and mental limitations. Over the years we realized more and more that most of their limitations were perceived limitations, and that most of what was stopping them from the results they wanted was rooted in their thinking and belief systems. We also learned that the mental side of sports is often overlooked. This led us down the path of hypnosis and sports psychology, specifically sports performance hypnosis. We provide mental performance coaching for elite, professional and major league athletes to help them get, and stay, on top of their game!
Who is our typical client?
There really is no typical. Our clients are athletes of all disciplines and levels. Triathletes, runners, golfers, cyclists, gymnasts, swimmers, football players, baseball players, tennis players soccer players, extreme fighters, motorcycle racers and more... All are welcome.
